The certainty that the most important asset of any company is its people.
By providing people with the best possible conditions for their work, I make companies better. Optimizing organizational structures and HR processes, continuously improving collaboration and preventing friction losses – my goal is to create value for the business by achieving the “best fit” between a person as a human being and their role in the job.

As a person, I am hands-on and can-do: practical, tangible and grounded. I always treat other people as equals, with respect and empathy. I want to develop a feeling for my counterpart and adapt flexibly to a person and their situation. Reliability and commitment are just as important to me privately and at work as a good dose of humor and optimism.
I am a passionate HR manager with an unbridled drive. I am just as enthusiastic about operational people business as I am about strategic planning. Analytical, professional, decisive and persistent. I learned HR from scratch and can now draw on 15 years of experience in the people business. I am familiar with the entire range of HR topics, in various industries including C-level – both in a supervisory capacity and in my own function.
As a consultant and coach, I leverage my extensive practical experience and expertise to strengthen the people business and empower it to foster growth for individuals and organizations. Through intensive dialogue, I develop customized people business strategies that are precisely tailored to each company and its people.
People business must be anchored at the highest level to unleash its full impact. That’s why, as a supervisory or advisory board member, I consistently advocate for the people perspective and push to prioritize human considerations in all decisions. To fulfill my role professionally, I completed training at the HWR Berlin to become a qualified board member.
I am enthusiastic about young companies that pursue innovative ideas. As an investor/business angel, I prefer to invest in pre-seed, seed and early stage start-ups with a focus on people/HR and support new ventures with my expertise from 15 years of HR management.
